BOOKING A SHIPMENT


Once you receive orders from your clients you can start to book your shipments. If you are registered and logged in, click on the COURIER QUOTE button on the top left-hand side of the screen.


  • Select your COLLECTING FROM and the DELIVERING TO (town / suburb / postcode) from the dropdown list. (If you do not select your town / suburb from the dropdown list you will receive an error)

  • Click on the NEXT button.

  • Complete the details and click on the QUOTE ME button.

The options will appear:

  • BEST Price

  • FASTEST Service

  • If only one option appears, your shipment is the best price & fastest route.


  • Click on the BOOK ME button on the option you choose.

  • DESCRIBE the contents of your shipment and click on the NEXT STEP button. (Your Email address / Name / Surname will be auto-completed if you are logged in.)

  • Choose your COLLECTION DATE and if you need INSURANCE, then click on the NEXT STEP button.

  • Complete the fields (MANUALLY / SAVED ADDRESSES) and click on the NEXT STEP button.


1. USING A SAVED ADDRESS


If you want to make use of your saved addresses, click on the SAVED ADDRESSES button to complete the details.

SEE: MY ADDRESSES

The list will appear for all addresses saved under that specific postcode. Click on the SET ADDRESS button.

The address information will be auto-completed in the fields.


2. MANUALLY COMPLETE


ALTERNATIVELY, Complete the fields Manually for once-off shipments.

Once details have been completed, click on the NEXT STEP button.


  • CONFIRM the details of your shipment.

  • Choose your payment method.

  • ONCE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, you will receive an email regarding your shipment and it will also be available on your e-portal. Under the SHIPPING tab, click on the MY SHIPMENTS button.
