DISPATCH SHORTCODE

Your DISPATCH SHORTCODE is your unique code used for your collection point(s) where the courier will come to collect your shipments everyday.

• NB!! Only your collection address will need the DISPATCH SHORTCODE.

In most cases a business will have one dispatch location. But should your business operate & dispatch shipments from different locations you can allocate the DISPATCH SHORTCODE to each collection point/address.

OUR RECOMMENDATION:

We recommend using your city or town abbreviation (Just the first 3 letters) with the numerical number 001 or 002 depending on the amount of locations you are dispatching from.

For Example:

Johannesburg (2001) = JNB001

Pretoria (0001) = PRY001

Cape Town (8001) = CPT001

Durban (4001) = DUR001
