VIEWING YOUR SHIPMENTS

  • Under the SHIPPING tab, click on the MY SHIPMENTS button.


1. AWAITING CONFIRMATION SHIPMENTS

The first TAB is all your AWAITING CONFIRMATION. This means that a waybill has not yet been created. It will automatically be moved to the IN TRANSIT TAB once the shipment has been confirmed and waybill has been produced.


2. IN TRANSIT SHIPMENTS

The second TAB is all your IN TRANSIT shipments. This means that a waybill has been created and the delivery is in process.

  • You can click on the VIEW button to see more detail regarding a specific shipment.

  • You can find all the details regarding the shipment.


2.1 VIEWING/PRINTING YOUR INVOICE

Your Invoice link will also be sent via email when booking is completed. but you can view and print it from your ePortal as well.

  • Click on the VIEW INVOICE button.

  • Click on the DOWNLOAD YOUR INVOICE button.

AFTER DOWNLOADED, YOUR INVOICE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW/PRINT.


2.2 VIEWING/PRINTING YOUR WAYBILL

Your Waybill link will also be sent via email when booking is completed, but you can view and print it from your ePortal as well.

  • Click on the PRINT WAYBILL button.

AFTER DOWNLOADED, YOUR WAYBILL WILL BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW/PRINT.


3. SEARCHING SHIPMENTS

The third TAB is SEARCH SHIPMENTS. Here you can search with a date range to show all shipments (awaiting confirmation / in transit / delivered).

  • You can choose your search dates and click on the SEARCH button.

  • You can either Export the files to CSV or EXCEL, and you can SORT the List.
